Tomball police say they have identified a man who reportedly moved an ambulance while technicians were treating a 2-year-old in the back.

According to Tomball PD, emergency services were being rendered to a toddler in the back of an ambulance while in the parking lot at Concordia Lutheran High during a little league football game.

While medical technicians were tending to the child, an unknown man reportedly got into the ambulance and started moving it.

“The subject became belligerent towards the EMS first responders after they told him to get out while moving the ambulance,” the post stated.

Police were able to capture some photos of the suspect from the ambulance’s security cameras. Police say he’s been identified as 47-year-old Cedric Amadie.

The case was presented to the Harris County District Attorney’s Office, which accepted the charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, a state jail felony. A warrant has been issued for his arrest.
